Problem
Players want a ladder system and no gap involves an admin to step in manually.
What I Did
Mapped the full monthly cycle. Built an independent score entry with mutual confirmation. So, most results never need an admin.
Result
Zero manual admin involvement in the player flow like disputes, no-shows, incomplete matches all resolve inside the system itself.

Fixing Wealth Advisory Onboarding
We reduced onboarding friction by removing unnecessary decisions and creating an adaptive compliance flow.
Problem
Investors were abandoning onboarding due to uncertainty around compliance steps, unclear progress, and excessive manual effort.
Hypothesis
Users weren't abandoning onboarding because of compliance requirements. But due to unclear progress, uncertainty around verification steps, and excessive manual effort.
What I Did
Identified onboarding friction points, and added automatic compliance detection, auto-filled data, and progress tracking.
Result
Reduce onboarding effort and user uncertainty while improving completion rates, verification success, and overall investor activation.
