Mapped the full monthly cycle. Built an independent score entry with mutual confirmation. So, most results never need an admin.
Users weren’t abandoning onboarding because of compliance requirements. But due to unclear progress, uncertainty around verification steps, and excessive manual effort.
Result
Result
Zero manual admin involvement in the player flow like disputes, no-shows, incomplete matches all resolve inside the system itself.
